I had a seasonal premium parfait at Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. The parfait is made from Shizuoka melon and layered with lemon mousse, elderflower jelly, champagne granita, etc. to create a refreshing parfait that looks and tastes great. Reservations are recommended as it is limited to 10 meals a day.
