Teori Zushi' has dishes of Kyoto foodstuffs and tempura, and it's so beautiful, cute, fashionable that I feel pity for eating. In a comfortable restaurant, it would be unique and interesting for you to roll it by yourselves.◎There're three restaurants in the city and they're different each other. You need to check beforehand whether reservation is needed or not. Sorry, but under 12 years old children can't use the restaurant.

It's opened as a knot of Kyoto and NY. They offer a coffee that you can drink only here, but what most ordered is nothing but Dashimaki Sandwich. Fluffy dashimaki is excellent with a bun baked by a popular bakery in Kyoto.◎A side menu became a star menu. This dashimaki, cooked specially by a dashimaki shop, contains much dashi soup, so you can taste Kyoto style sandwich.

I had a "Kyoto bowl eating comparison set" at Arashiyama Itsuki Chaya. The bowl that was renewed to the autumn menu has a shabu-shabu, and an additional menu, the super-luxury "Five Grains Fertility Tamatebako". It is a luxurious dish with crab meat and karasumi hidden under the matsutake mushrooms.

It's a limited menu for only summer, which looks cool and makes us forget the hot climate of Kyoto. The dashi soup and sudachi (refreshing citrus fruit) has good gentle fragrances, and smooth soba noodle can bring my chopsticks continuously. The soup is really delicious that I want to drink all of it.

Their best-seller ice cream soda has a variation of red, blue and green, and has a lovely 'cookie of Zou (elephant)' as a topping. We had the new menu of Mir Mi, a honey specialty store in Kyoto, the finest marriage toast of double cheese and rich honey. Pour the melted cheese on top of camembert cheese with apples and nuts, and add honey if desired. A total of 11 types of honey can be used as much as you want.

A cafe produced by Michelin-starred Kikunoi. They're still lined up. I took a number ticket and went to Maruyama Park to view the cherry blossoms. Called after 40 minutes. A long-awaited strawberry parfait. A parfait with lots of strawberries inside. Some of the parfaits include rich milk ice cream made with milk that has been slowly boiled in half. You can also see the Japanese garden.

SNOOPY CHA-YA, there're three shops in Japan, offers foods and sweets that have shapes of SNOOPY. Each shop has limited menu, and you can eat Shiromiso Soup and Bubuzuke Pasta at this Nishiki shop. I've never seen rice with such a big yukhoe. Raw hamburger anymore. The yukhoe that is about the size of a fist is turned on vigorously. Yukhoe lovers are irresistible. It's too irresistible. It's a legal yukhoe so you don't get caught, so don't worry lol

Among them, Sukemasa is particular about foodstuffs and taste of Kyoto. Looks like Hakata-ramen at a first glance, but this is the original one with the locally made shibazuke (pickles) and mizuna (potherb mustard) in shio-tonkotsu (salt & pig bone broth) soup. The thick and rich taste is said to be a Kyoto style ramen and is proud of the stable popularity.
