A cafe produced by Michelin-starred Kikunoi. They're still lined up. I took a number ticket and went to Maruyama Park to view the cherry blossoms. Called after 40 minutes. A long-awaited strawberry parfait. A parfait with lots of strawberries inside. Some of the parfaits include rich milk ice cream made with milk that has been slowly boiled in half. You can also see the Japanese garden.

Though it looks an ordinary Mont Blanc, it's made of meringue almost all of it and has crunchy and fluffy feeling in mouth. Their best-seller ice cream soda has a variation of red, blue and green, and has a lovely 'cookie of Zou (elephant)' as a topping. Purchased water Marumochiya at Marumochiya near Fushimi Inari, Kyoto. 1180 yen for 3 pieces. I picked up fallen leaves and acorns near my house to color the autumn. Marumochiya has a smooth texture, and when you put it in your mouth, it melts like water and disappears. It was a delicious Japanese sweet that goes well with black honey and soybean flour.

We had a new parfait from Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, a parfait from Amao and light snow, and a chocolate tiramisu parfait. A strawberry parfait where you can eat and compare two colors of strawberries, and an adult chocolate tiramisu parfait with a modest sweetness. Reservations are recommended as the quantity is limited.

A phantom cafe that is open irregularly in Kitaoji, Kyoto. Chestnut sweets that are perfect for autumn are too cute. Montblanc Remi Pudding and Maron Shortcake are delicious not only in appearance but also in taste. Kuma Bottle Tea Soda is cute as Kuma-chan is hunting grapes. It's a take-out shop, but you can eat it on the mini terrace.
