Held in August 13th every year, Kachimai Firework Festival has 20 thousand fireworks with music. They prepare the special observing area near Tokachi Ohashi Bridge, and there're some little known places around it.◎Park cars at the extra parking area, and go to the observing spot by shuttle bus.
