We had a new parfait from Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, a parfait from Amao and light snow, and a chocolate tiramisu parfait. A strawberry parfait where you can eat and compare two colors of strawberries, and an adult chocolate tiramisu parfait with a modest sweetness. I had the "Peach and Shiso Parfait" from the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. A Kyoto-style peach parfait that combines Japanese ingredients such as apple cider vinegar jelly, raspberry shiso sorbet, and vanilla ice cream made with unrefined sake.
