We had a new parfait from Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, a parfait from Amao and light snow, and a chocolate tiramisu parfait. A strawberry parfait where you can eat and compare two colors of strawberries, and an adult chocolate tiramisu parfait with a modest sweetness. Reservations are recommended as the quantity is limited.

I had the "Peach and Shiso Parfait" from the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. A Kyoto-style peach parfait that combines Japanese ingredients such as apple cider vinegar jelly, raspberry shiso sorbet, and vanilla ice cream made with unrefined sake. It's a mature and cute peach parfait decorated with rumbling peaches and shiso as toppings.

'so long milk tea' has flowers in a cup, and they are surprisingly made of Anko (sweet bean paste). We pour the milk tea and melt Anko in it. 'Camellia', also made of Anko Cream, is a healthy cup cake.

I had Sakura afternoon tea and Sakura parfait at Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. A spring-like parfait combined with strawberries on a stand lined with cute pink sweets. Afternoon tea also comes with a non-alcoholic cocktail inspired by the spring thaw.

The Grill of HYATT REGENCY Kyoto, offers afternoon tea which has sweets and sandwiches on the specially ordered bamboo stand. On the another plate, Monaka Chantilly has so much cream and azuki bean, I love it!
