Takaya Shrine is located at Inazumi Mountain which is over 400m above the sea level. The reason for the popularity is the world seen over the Torii in the sky! Seto Inland Sea and the townscape of Kan'onji are very moving scenery. A reward which comes after climbing up the mountain.◎Walk: 40 min from the parking lot of the foot of the mountain. The road is paved in the first half, but after that, it a mountain path. And there're steep steps at the end near the top. Car: you can access to the shrine by car from Fudo Waterfall.

About 15 minutes walk from the port. You have to climb a hill to get there, so if you have luggage, it is recommended to ask for a pick-up service. The time is fixed, so please check it. The hotel is located on a hill, so the views are spectacular.

Rose Garden in Takamatsu Port is not so big, but the location commanding Seto Inland Sea and a big arch of pink rose are very photogenic!◎The best season of roses are from the middle of May to the beginning of June. No admission fee.

Kikaku Park is a popular spot to see cherry blossoms in Kagawa Prefecture. On the straight street floating on the lake, there're very photogenic tunnel of 200 cherry blossom trees!◎This is the best 'hanami' place in the east part of Kagawa Prefecture. Best season of cherry blossoms is from the end of March to the beginning of April.

Sanuki City, Kanzaki Area has cosmos fields in places. One of them is called 'Cosmos Field In Front Of Yoshida Family's House'. It's not so large but we can see the cosmos and trains together. ◎No parking area. It's located near a popular udon noodle restaurant 'Maharo', cross a bridge and find it between fields.

Mt.Shiude is a well known spot for the sunning view of Seto Inland Sea. In rainy season, it becomes a best spot of viewing hydrangeas and makes superphotogenic scenery with the sea.◎There're many hydrangeas but my faovrite view can be seen from the parking lot.

Flower Park Urashima, located at Mitoyo City which has the biggest production of marguerite in Japan, is a scenic spot you can enjoy both flowers and Seto Inland Sea. This year, I found the lovely heart shape made of pink marguerite flowers.◎Free parking area is available. No entrance fee. I recommend to visit here at romantic dusk.◎2 times in a day, you can cross the road during 2 hours before and after low tide. You need to check the time of low tide beforehand.

Hydrangeas coloring the slope are very impressive. A walk in the lush grove has beautiful blue hydrangeas and makes very fantastic scenery. Hydrangea Festival is held in the middle of June every year.◎30 min could be enough to see slowly around the precinct and walk. Free parking lot is available.

This museum was opened on the concept of "coexistence of nature, art and architecture". And you can enjoy the modern art works and the building itself with the feeling of island's nature. For it stands on a hill, you can see the nice seascape from the terrace.◎Access: from the nearest bus stop 'Tsutsuji-so', you can use free shuttle bus or go on foot. Or go by bicycle from a port.
