Daikaku-ji TempleBuddhist Service Makes Us Feel Like Seeing A Music Concert
Yoikōbō: a Buddhist memorial service that is held once in a year and a priest Kōbō Daishi prays for the exclusion from disasters and coming of happiness. They carry out various entertainments such as 'Saga no Okuribi (bonfire to memorialize ancestors), donated lantern lighting, and floated lanterns. ◎Every year, it's held on August 20th, a day before 21st, the anniversary of Kōbō Daishi Kūkai's death. The admission fee becomes free from 5 p.m.
