I can't turn my eyes away from the scenery of Shimanami-kaido that suddenly appears in front of me! And also I recognized the design of this observatory was very refined. To my surprised, an architect known in the world, Kengo Kuma designed here. There's nothing that obstructs the view, but only handrails.◎Access: by bike or car to Oshima Island. You can see the great view of as many as 20 thousand trees of hydrangea on the mountain slope. What's more, Shingu is known as a misty town, you may be able to see a fantastic scenery of hydrangeas and mist.◎You can climb the hydrangea slope by monorail. Shingu Hydrangea Festival in 2018 is on June 24th. If you come by car from Shingu IC, there're some narrow road. No admission fee.

The area was a territory of Murakami Suigun (pirate), and said to be the most dangerous place in the sea for the fast swirling currents. You can enjoy the nice scenery, and the thrill of getting into the currents!◎The swirling current becomes fastest around Noshima Island. And the second going under the bridge is also the highlight. For about 40 min, adult 1000yen. The speed of current changes by season.

I've found an ideal café for traveling in Hakata Island. Many variety of cakes make women happy. And, if the terrace seats facing to Seto Inland Sea are vacant, you're lucky! The sea and sweets make your SNS perfect!◎Access: 5min by car from Hakata IC of Shimanami Kaido Speedway. Two tables in the terrace. You can see the seascape beautifully from even inside. Parking lot is available.

A good taste café in Dogo Onsen, a hot spring town. They use Ehime's specialty mikan (strictly picked Japanese tangerines) to make freshly squeezed juice, ice cream and even mikan beer! There're several different kinds, and it'll be interesting to compare the tastes after enjoying hot springs.

An emerald river located at inner mountain in Shikoku Region, is named Omogo River. You can enjoy beautiful green river and shinning white rocky scene from the easy-walking path! By the way, it's the headwaters of Niyodo River that has become more famous for its beautiful water called 'Niyodo Blue'.◎Car parking area is available. Also, you can access by bus from JR Matsuyama after transfer once (but it takes 4 hours). In addition, it's the entrance of Mt. Ishizuchi, I think it's good to tour Omogo Gorge and Mt. Ichizuchi climbing together.

It's located in the central of Matsuyama with the easy access, and going up on the lift would be one of the attractions. I was very surprised at the beauty of the keep, that only twelve keeps remained in Japan. It's one of the best 100 castles in Japan, but the very best one among them.

I bought at a stall. Green lemons grown in Iwaki Island make a nice degree of sourness. Non-oil. They say it's sold at a Kurushima Kaikyo SA.
