I had a seasonal premium parfait from Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. In November, a parfait featuring pear and caramel. It was an irresistible adult parfait with a combination of sweet pear, rich caramel mousse, sweet and sour raspberry and rooibos tea jelly.
