There's no parking area, and we need 200 yen as mountain entrance fee. You can find Third Observatory after five minutes climbing the steep road, and more five minutes to Second one. Then after about thirty minutes climb from you start, when the physical fitness is likely to reach its limit, there's First Observatory!
