Sushidokoro YuThe Restaurant Known Only to Few, Fluffy Rice and Superb Ingredients Grown in Niigata

Only few people knows this restaurant in the residential area away from the busy town. Softly grasped rice tastes like it holds air, and seafood grown in Niigata is one of the best. We won't meet such sushi easily.
