Ritidian Beach at the northernmost tip of Guam. Anyway, the transparency is outstanding and it is definitely Guam's No. 1. The point is that you can see a lot of fish in the immediate vicinity, there are few tourists, and you can enjoy a sense of privacy! The rough roads continue and it can only be accessed by rental car, but it is a recommended beach that is worth the trip.
