Hijikawa Storm (Arashi) is a phenomenon that chill rising from the Oozu Basin flows out along the Hijikata River to the sea with fog. It's a rare phenomenon we can see only when some condition meet on the cold winter morning.

Access:By car, 20 min from JR Iyo Nagahama Station, 40 min from Oozu IC, or 75 min from Matsuyama Airport.
