Recommended spot for a drive or a walk. The view is wonderful because it is located on the opposite bank across the Hudson River from Chelsea in Manhattan. It is a popular area for young people, and there are many fashionable cafes and restaurants around it. I recommend taking a walk while looking at the scenery.
