I had a pastry chef's special seasonal parfait at Hotel La Suite Kobe Harborland. Of course strawberry is a main fruit. It is a beautiful parfait with cream, sponge, jelly and pies. I could eat it all for the refreshing vanilla ice cream and strawberry sorbet on the top.
