Nakayama chestnuts from Ehime Prefecture are said to be one of Japan's top three chestnuts. It is a horizontally long Mont Blanc with plenty of chestnut flavor that is squeezed after ordering. Rich chestnut cream on a sponge with chestnut paste inside. It contains chunks of diced chestnuts. The crunchy texture of the Nakayama chestnut and the creamy crunchy meringue are also delicious.
