A patisserie on the first floor of the Hankyu Grand Building in the square with the famous Umeda objects. Freshly baked and crispier than I expected! Many layers of thin pie crust. When you pop it, it's crispy and light, and I'm impressed. The pie crust is slightly sweet and the deliciousness spreads in your mouth. The brulee is also roasted, rich and fragrant, and really delicious. topped with ice cream.
