Ryokan KuraashikiA Calm Time & Original Warabi-mochi At A Café Of Japanese Hotel In Kurashiki Bikan Quarter

Though it's in the side of crowded street, when you enter, there're a refined and modern entrance of ryokan: a Japanese hotel, and a calm space facing to the beautiful Japanese garden. Their specialty warabi-mochi is like to melt in my mouth, and shio-kobu: salted tangles as a relish brings out the sweetness of kinako: soybean flour, which make it an excellent piece. A cafe worthy of grownups.
