Kyoto's Shibazuke & Mizuna Are In! Delicious Shio-tonkotsu RamenRamen ARASHI
Looks like Hakata-ramen at a first glance, but this is the original one with the locally made shibazuke (pickles) and mizuna (potherb mustard) in shio-tonkotsu (salt & pig bone broth) soup. The thick and rich taste is said to be a Kyoto style ramen and is proud of the stable popularity.
