In 20 minutes by ferry from Takamatsu, Megijima Island is the easiest destination for art tours. You can enjoy beautiful art works in concert with peaceful island. And more, for the art works stands very close to the port, you'll find them as soon as you land Megijima Island.◎Access: about 20 min by ferry from Takamatsu. Half a day could be enough to enjoy whole of the island. Inside the island, there're public buses, but rental bicycle or walking are convenient.

Ritsurin Garden's autumn illumination is one of the events that I recommend to visit every year. It's near the central of the city and has an easy access from both Takamatsu Station and airport. This illumination is held for limited 10 days, 11/19-11/28 in 2016!
