Address:65 Yshimanishi-machi, Takamatsu-shi, Kagawa

Tel:087-843-2235

A hotel stuff prepares a breakfast politely. I could spent a luxury time with a view of Setouchi Sea that is privilege of this hotel. A crystallized honey jam of many flowers in Kagawa, I want to bring it home.

2

Address:1241-5 Kotohira-cho, Nakatado-gun, Kagawa

Tel:0877-75-3232

Kotohira-kadan hotel has a separated room 'Enju-kaku' loved by Mori Ogai and you can have lunch there. It'll make you feel happiness to eat such a elegant lunch at a roomy and historical building.

3

Address:559-6 Ryu Usa-cho, Tosa-shi, Kochi

Tel:088-856-0007

Because here is based on a image of Santorini, they prepare a Greek yogurt for breakfast. I was impressed with the rich taste very much. I ate elaborated breakfast on a set with a fine view.

4

Address:3−5−10 Saiho-cho, Takamatsu-shi, Kagawa

Access:4 min by car, Showacho Station

Tel:087-861-5580

They are particular about the foodstuffs grown and consumed the same area. Quality foodstuffs are cooked beautifully by the chef's wonderful skills. It was the original Kaiseki, a Japanese style courses, of Hanajyukai.

5

Address:16-45 Oge Tosadomariura Naruto-cho, Naruto-shi, Tokushima

Tel:088-687-2580

From a gorgeous breakfast restaurant in European style, a glittering ocean view. And able to choose Naruto's local foodstuffs for sandwiches and make it as you like. You can have an elegant morning in Nmaruto.

6

Address:6-1, Mugi, Kaifu-gun, Tokushima, Japan

Access:3 min by car, from Mugi Station

Tel:0884-72-1727

The chef, who has honed his skills at the Tokyo Station Hotel, carefully selects and cooks directly from multiple local fishermen's cooperatives. The sashimi of spiny lobster, sea bream, nodoguro, bluefin tuna, ara, and grouper are just eye-catching. Amakusa pudding is a dessert for many dishes such as grilled abalone on a ceramic plate, boiled sea bream, miso soup of spiny lobster, and more. You can enjoy gorgeous cuisine at a cospa that is unthinkable in the city.

7

Address:1 Tosayama-higashikawa, Kochi-shi, Kochi

Tel:088-850-6911

I was surprised at the quality of foodstuffs grown in Tosayama, an inner place of Kochi. Fresh vegetables, savory meat and surprisingly dense egg 'Tosa-jiro'. Almost all of them, even the seasonings, are made in Tosayama. We enjoyed wonderful dinner whose display also reminded us of the Tosayama scenery.
