Nio Dragon Festival' is hold to pray for rain in Mitoyo city, Kagawa Prefecture. A huge dragon made of straw and bamboo , which is as ling as 35m and weights 2t, is carried by 200 people. Then, the other people with buckets and water guns throw water from the both sides of the street. It's an exciting summer festival.◎Date & Time: 8/5, water throwing is 20:00~. You need to wear you can get wet and bring buckets, water guns and so on. There're some food strolls.

These soy sauces are called 'taru-jikomi' (brewed in butts) whose amount is less than 1% among the whole distribution. Furthermore, say sauces such as custom-made and not for sale, you can't taste anywhere else. For sashimi of course, also vegetables! Raw asparagus has a moving deliciousness!

The restaurant like a secret garden known by some people is in the Kotohiki Park. The sophisticated room designed by the madam who is a fashion designer looks another world and the fireplace won a interior design award. I could eat great original dishes which I have never eaten.

These days, Sanuki salmon cultivated in Seto Inland Sea becomes notable. The amount of production is increasing, but there are few restaurants provide it. Here they serve the salmon with salad.
