Top Review:Best Way To Eat Seasonal Foods! Crab Course Dishes & Tasty Japanese Sake

The chef had improved his skills at a famous Kaga cuisine ryotei restaurant 'Asada', and his wife who was born in Amami Oshima Island and is beautiful in Kimono outfits, has refined services. They're proud of the gentle seasonings that make the most of the seasonal foodstuffs, and variety of Japanese sake. We can enjoy course dishes of crab and blowfish in winter.

Top Review:Rice Bowl For Two Colors Of Fresh Whitebaits

Suruga Bay has the biggest haul of whitebaits in Japan. You can eat fresh row whitebaits only in the limited area near the fishing port, because it goes bad quickly. The best season is spring and autumn, enjoy the two kinds of textures, row and boiled, at the same time on one bowl.
