Hase-dera Temple has so long and beautiful 399 steps. For it's called 'flower temple', you can enjoy seeing peony and cherry blossoms in summer, hydrangea in summer, autumn leaves, winter-peony and winter-cherry blossoms. What's more, the lush mountain seen from the main temple is just amazing view.

Located on a hill in Takatori Town, Nara Prefecture, Tsubosaka-dera, also known as Tsubosaka-dera, is famous as a temple to prevent eye diseases. One of the most eye-catching attractions in Tsubosaka-dera is the powerful "Sakura Daibutsu" that seems to float in the pink clouds of cherry blossoms. With a height of 20 meters and a weight of 1200 tons, it is one of the largest Kannon statues in the world! You can enjoy the cherry blossoms in full bloom everywhere while strolling around the precincts.

Chogaku-ji Temple located in Nara Prefecture. This temple is well-known for azalea flowers, but I like the season of rabbitear iris! The scenery of reflected rabbitear iris are very beautiful and mysterious. I took this pictures on 2018, May 10th.

Access:To go to the mountain top, 40min from both of Horai IC and Tenri IC by car. Or, 13min from Nara Station to Kasuga Taisha Honden by bus, then walk 45min.

Wakakusa-yama Yaki is held on forth Saturday of January every year. Yama-yaki (mountain burning) and fireworks don't start at the same time, but both of them are worth seeing so much. You should go next year!

Access:3 min from Sembonguchi Station to Yoshinoyama Station by cable car, then 20 min by bus to Okusembonguchi Station, and 30 min walk. 75 min walk from Kintetsu Yoshino Station. Or, 90 min by car from Nara city.

When I arrived at three in the midnight, the sea of clouds had appeared and made the scenery more wonderful. I took this picture at 4:00. The sea of clouds changes its size and form every day, so you can see the various stunning view whenever you visit!◎I recommend to see Kinpusen Temple from Hanayagura Observatory! 3 min by rope way from Kintetsu Yoshino Station ( rope way opening season: 3/24-5/6, other season are undecided). 30 min by bus from rope way Yoshinoyama Station.
