Arrived in about 5 minutes on foot from Kintetsu Nara Station. Udon shop where you can line up Mentouan's specialty is this reverse kitsune udon, "Kinchaku kitsune". When you break the sweet purse-aged fried tofu cooked with soup stock, you will find delicious udon noodles that are chewy. It also has a curry flavor. You can also take out, so it's also a souvenir from Nara.

They make the original chewy noodle by themselves. I think the chef spends time and effort. See the refined design and rich stock soup of kelp and dried mackerel.

I had a strawberry afternoon tea at Nara Hotel. Afternoon tea, where you can eat and compare three types of strawberries in Nara, has a lot of sweets that you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of strawberries. A hearty savory is also an afternoon tea with outstanding satisfaction that you can enjoy every time.

What is crystal mochi? Water mochi? Warabimochi? Agar? Anyway, it's fresh, plump, and chewy. An edible flower is under the crystal mochi. People who don't like flowers can eat them separately. Both brown sugar syrup and kinako are delicious! It was cute and soothing. Reservations are required as this is an old folk house cafe and only 3 groups can enter at the same time.

They uses a former office of a factory after renovation as a café. The atmosphere of the old time remains strongly and it looks nostalgic. A shop in Naramachi. The new autumn parfait is a cute parfait with Nara-like Daibutsu-sama and torii cookies. Among them are chestnuts, sweet potatoes, persimmons, grapes, apples, etc. It is full of autumn tastes. It is even more delicious if you mix it with marron cream or milk ice cream. I am grateful for the Daibutsu-sama's cookies after worshiping them.
