Opening hours: 9:00-17:00 Access: 20 min by bus from JR Maebashi Station (bound for Midorigaoka-cho, Kawahara-cho), and get off at 'Rojin Center', then 1 min walk. By car, form Maebashi IC via Route 17th, 15 min toward Shibukawa. Then, turn left at the east of a Prefectural Stadium. Inside Shikishima Park.
