The Healthy Green Udon Kneaded with WakameOriginal Wakame Udon Oshimaya
The wheat is Sanuki no Yume that is developed for only udon. They knead it with wakame(seaweed). It's very healthy because they don’t use salt excepting the natural mineral of wakame. Furthermore, the taste and texture is proper Sanuki Udon.
