A Rare Delicacy at a Reasonable Price! Homemade 'Bachiko'

Kikkou's specialty is this delicacy 'bachiko'. They couple ovaries of Sea cucumbers, then dry and toast them. The thick flavor matches alcohols very much.

Matsumae-Sushi Using Plump Mackerel

Plump mackerel rolled with tangle weeds. This is a popular manu of Kikkou. Tangle extracts are infiltrated into mackerel, and made a better flavor of both.

A Big and Fresh Atrina Pectinata

The young will be surprised at the size. I like this plain taste better than scallops. It becomes rare these days.

Each Course is Superb, Tora-fugu, Globefish Courses Specially in Winter

Fresh sashimi, hunks of stewed in a pot (Tecchiri-nabe) and a Japanese risotto plenty of fugu's extracts. I wouldn't not want to share! Every dish is superb.
