Aman's autumn afternoon tea with a great impact on the first stage mushrooms. The mushroom was a cheese and chocolate souffle cake, and the bottom was excellent with white chocolate and raspberry sauce. It was fun to have sukiyaki in the savory, and it was cute with cotton candy on it.

The peach-shaped mousse with squeezed vanilla cream on the top of the stand is eye-catching. There is also a sponge and peach compote inside, and it is perfect for eating.

Aman Tokyo offers an afternoon tea "Very Berry Garden" which you can enjoy plenty of strawberry sweets. Select four of the six types of petit sweets and arrange them together on the stand with the strawberries. I was able to enjoy them leisurely while watching the great view.
