This garden belongs to a famous gardener Sayuki Ueno who designed 'Wind Garden' as one of the Hokkaido Garden Path. The rainbow-colored bench has just appeared on Shateki Mountain in the site! The lovely flowers and the colorful bench, you can find many instagenic spots here.
