I ate "Pear Parfait" for a limited time at "Coffee Parlor Hilltop" at "Yamanoue Hotel" in Ochanomizu. The top of the parfait is a pear made of candy. It is a gem that is enchanted by the beautiful green gradation and the pear-like form. Not only the appearance but also the taste such as caramel ice cream and light compote with rich aroma are exquisite.

This parfait changes with the seasons. Mango parfait in June. The passion fruit shoe on the top has a big impact. Even though there are 4 of them, it's not boring at all and it's refreshing. And mangoes are sweet and juicy. The lime jelly and pineapple compote give a sour taste, but it's not too strong and doesn't interfere with the parfait. It was a perfect parfait that struck me personally.
