Ryugaeshi-no Taki Waterfall1 Reviews
Though a famous waterfall in Karuizawa is Shiraito, there's a little known one in its downstream. The contrast of white falling in the fresh green was very beautiful. When I visited here, the lights of the sun through the leaves make the fall more beautiful.◎Access: going from the old Karuizawa Ginza Street to the old Mikasa Hotel, you can find Mikasa Gate of Shiraito Highland Way. One way for 400 yen, and round trip for 600 yen.
Nagakura Park1 Reviews
A little-known spot in Karuizawa, where every place is crowded during the fall foliage season. Nagakura Park, which is about a 10-minute walk from Naka-Karuizawa Station, is a spot known only to those in the know, so there are almost no people, so you can enjoy autumn leaves photos to your heart's content. The nearby Shirakawa River and autumn leaves are also recommended.
