Is it like a Sichuan restaurant? ! Authentic mapo tofu! It's a big wok with great heat, and the pillar of fire is also amazing. Mapo tofu is made to order and paired with soup that has been simmered for 3 to 4 hours. This time I had grilled cheese mapo tofu ramen without soup. It's grilled on a burner right in front of you, and the cheese melts and coats the mapo tofu and medium-thick noodles!
