Reikanji Temple in Sakyo-ku, Kyoto. From March 20th to April 4th, 2021, a special spring visit to enjoy beautiful camellias has begun. Hase-dera in Sakurai City, Nara. From 5/28 (Sat) to 7/3 (Sun), the Yamato Three Major Kannon Temple Corridor is being held. There are many potted hydrangeas on the storm slope in Hase-dera. When I took a picture from the bottom of the stairs, the hydrangea looked even more voluminous, and it was a wonderful place. The Ajisawa Corridor is also being held at Okadera and Tsubosaka Temple at the same time.

Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City is a very tasteful place where you can enjoy the cherry blossom trees in full bloom and the ten stone boats of the houseboat. It is said that boat transportation was prosperous as it was known as one of the leading liquor stores in Japan during the Edo period, and the boat at that time was reproduced and operated as a sightseeing tour boat. Matabē Zakura has become famous since it used in NHK's TV series. It's a weeping cherry blossom tree as tall as over 10 meters! What's more, can you believe that the tree is 300 years old! When we look up from its foot, the cherry blossoms are really amazing! There're also other flowers like daffodil around the tree, so we can see beautiful yellow and pink scenery.

As many as 1,000 weeping cherry trees are in bloom at Mt. Takami in Higashiyoshino, Nara. A minibus will take you to the top of the mountain. If you take a breathless climb up the long stairs to the observatory at the top, you will see a magnificent weeping cherry tree in front of you. The opening period is from the beginning of April to the end of April. It is a spectacular cherry blossom viewing spot worth seeing.

Located on a hill in Takatori Town, Nara Prefecture, Tsubosaka-dera, also known as Tsubosaka-dera, is famous as a temple to prevent eye diseases.
