After the devastating damage by the Great East Japan Earthquake, it was rebuilt 4 years later. The new station building designed by Shigeru Ban has a characteristic white curved roof that images Japanese gulls. It has become a new spot of Onagawa as a symbol of revival.◎After the damage, it was moved to 200m inward place and extended 7~9m up the ground. In a three-storied building, there're station, foot bath, municipal onsen facility and a store of the local specialties.

A huge open-air onsen which 20 grown-ups take together at the same tome! At Atami, 'Nikko-tei Oyu' is a onsen for day trip and you can take a renowned onsen that was Ieyasu Tokugawa's favorite. The onsen texture is light! I was excited when I took the same bath as the general family took.◎A stone open-air bath is used for men and women in turn for a day.
The onsen is nice of course, they prepare many attractions after we enjoy taking onsen. You can drink coffee on the chairs they specially selected, or at the terrace seats and hammocks. What's more, you can enjoy reading books from the library of 10 thousand volumes. You can eat crape, pizza and so on.◎The fee changes the course you choose, for one-day, 90min or others. You can drink coffee for free.
