Beautifully lined beef cutlet. This is a style of grilling and eating on a shichirin to your liking. You can choose the size and thickness of the beef cutlet, and I chose the L size regular cutlet. The batter is thin and it is delicious that you can eat it even in L size. There are 4 types of sauce: special yolk sauce, salt, wasabi, and dashi soy sauce! One push is the special yolk sauce.
