I had three kinds of fruit parfaits at Kurashiki Momoko Main Store. Ashimori melon parfait from Okayama prefecture, greenhouse peach parfait that arrives in small quantities at this time, and ripe mango parfait with plenty of mango from Miyazaki prefecture. A super luxurious parfait with juicy and rich sweetness and aroma.

Each flower is carefully made, and rich coconut ice cream is hidden in the center. The sweet mango and the faintly scented anise are also very attractive. If I have a chance to order a wedding bouquet, I like this mango bouquet.

This parfait changes with the seasons. Mango parfait in June. The passion fruit shoe on the top has a big impact. Even though there are 4 of them, it's not boring at all and it's refreshing. And mangoes are sweet and juicy. The lime jelly and pineapple compote give a sour taste, but it's not too strong and doesn't interfere with the parfait. It was a perfect parfait that struck me personally.

"Cafe tento" is located right next to Shinkenmikawa Station in Chiba Prefecture. Here you can eat seasonal fruit parfaits that change once a month. The parfait with a lot of bright mangoes is exquisite to eat with fresh fruits and homemade sweets. The stylish interior and the time to eat the monthly parfait are truly blissful moments.

Season & Co.'s parfait "Petit Bonnard" is remade with summer fruits. The pastry chef's special parfait, beautifully decorated with mango and muscat, comes with a random cute bear chocolate. The parfait has an excellent balance with cream and ice cream, and you can enjoy it until the end.
