Ramen made with plenty of Yamato clams from Lake Shinji, Shimane Prefecture. A delicious soup with a rich flavor and aroma. Although it is salt ramen, the soup stock is effective and it has a soft taste. The noodles are whole grain straight thin noodles that are often entwined with the soup and have a smooth texture and are delicious!
