At Tsukiji Sanokiya in Tokyo, you can eat "Tuna Yaki", which has a cute appearance. The cute point is that the fins and form are firmly tuna. There are "Medium Toro" which is a chewy dough and "Book tuna" which is a crispy dough, so I'm glad that you can choose the one you like!
