We are particular about cows and finish them slowly at low temperature with homemade Japanese sauce. This is already delicious and ridiculous! It's very tender and sweet, and the meat itself is salty, so it's really delicious without sauce. The Japanese style sauce is also delicious and impressed. I found a really good shop. I want to come back to Esaka for this meat!
