Shimane Wagyu Beef And Matsuba Gani CrabTenTen Temari
Shimane wagyu beef has won the higher rank at a domestic contest. Its fat isn't too strong but the beef flavor spreads in mouth full. And Matsuba gani is eaten in only Sanin area (the east part of Japan's main island). It was worth coming!
A Local Taste Of Shimane, Botebote ChaTenTen Temari
After eating dinner. It's very light and refresh our palates. I remembered a Tatara-ba (place for iron making) that appeared in a movie 'Princess Mononoke'.
