This is Misasa kan Specialty course of crabs. Using 2.5 crabs for one, sashimi, grilled on pottery plate, hot pot, tempura, porridge with rice, miso soup. I ate so much not to eat more.

The crab season opens, Kai Izumo cooks fresh seafood caught in the Japan Sea in the original way of seasoning. Crabs are cooked in a dynamic way and they prepare some kinds of say sause for each sashimi. It was wonderful dinner.

Shimane wagyu beef has won the higher rank at a domestic contest. Its fat isn't too strong but the beef flavor spreads in mouth full. And Matsuba gani is eaten in only Sanin area (the east part of Japan's main island). It was worth coming!

The bath contains a high proportion of radon and it's one of the world's best amount. I felt Wabi and Sabi a sense of beauty of Japan. So, it was ultimate relax time. And I recommend to reserve the open-air bath 'Shinzen no Yu' with the capacity of 20.

I could see the torii gate of the famous Itsukushima Shrine from the room. All the dishes are delicious, and you can enjoy Miyajima-san's seafood and mountain food. Miyajima has different views at low tide and high tide, so Kinsuikan is highly recommended for staying and enjoying.

This trip's plan was to walk around the castle town of Yonago, take a hot spring bath at Kaike Onsen, and view the ocean from Yumigahama Beach. I decided on Kaike Seaside Hotel after seeing a photo of the ocean looking out from the counter that I found on the website! Kaike Onsen, a beautiful hot spring with a wonderful view, is fed directly from the source. I was very satisfied with the cost performance of a business hotel, probably due to the simple structure.

No.1 in Miyajima! Fresh, thick tastes and big. Its smell tempts people and a deer to form a line, then the long line appears. It's near the ferry, you should eat at first.

The hotel is one minute walk from the Hiroshima Sta. and the room is spacious and woody taste. The bed specially made for Sheraton will heal the fatigue of the guests.
