It's Like Uyuni Salt Lake! The Beautiful Reflections At TodowaraNotsuki Peninsula
Todowara is a place called 'the end of the world' because of the scenery of dead trees eroded by the sea. The scenery changes with the tide, and specially, the reflections on the calm sea in early morning was so amazing that I associated with the famous Uyuni Salt Lake! In winter, you can enjoy walking on the frozen surface while watching the horizon.
Flowers In The Northernmost Field & Landscape Like The World's EndNotsuki Peninsula
Notsuki Peninsula is a strange-shaped thin place even looked in a map. In the vast landscape like the world's end, the Hokkaido's local flowers bloom beautifully in June. You can see also 'Todowara' of symbolic dead trees in the depth.◎Parking area is available. For public transportation, bus services from Kushiro Station.
Ice-Horizon Walk Tour On The Frozen OceanNotsuki Peninsula
Notsuke Peninsula continues to sink because of land subsidence. We associate this scenery of dead trees with the end of this world. In winter, the inside of Bay becomes frozen, and we can walk on the ocean! The landscape connecting with the sky made me feel like standing on the clouds.
