A blissful lineup created by the delicate preparation and skill of the owner who is gentle and full of good character. The tableware is Akahada-yaki made by Rakusai Onishi, a Living National Treasure, and the earthenware pot is Shigaraki-yaki from Shiga Prefecture. He is also a qualified sake taster, so he has a wide variety of Japanese sake. it was a blissful night
