Japanese confections made with full of rose has just started this season, and they are original to be able to eat only here. Rose Daifuku has rose and cream cheese in it and the two match very well! You can take Rose Kohaku home, and it's nice for souvenir, too.◎By a collaboration with Tsuruya Chosei, Rose Daifuku is limited to 3 or 4 for a day (possible to reserve). Rose Kohaku uses original rose jam and is excellent with rose tea.

A horticulturist, Yasushi Kamei who has won some contests, opened a cafe 30 years ago. Over 150 kinds of roses including his original are taken care, and blooms proudly in their season! The cafe also has nice rose menus.
