A Happy Strawberry Plate that uses two packs of Amaou. What a happiness it is to be able to pick off a strawberry with a fork and eat it. The mille-feuille parfait, which I love so much, was all delicious, and the shop's homemade pudding, with plenty of vanilla beans and a slightly rich caramel sauce, was absolutely delicious.
