Korean cafe near Korean Town. Bright red strawberries are packed with pure white cream. The red and white contrast is cute. The soft square shape is also irresistible. I was surprised to see that it was pure white when I cut it, but since it is made from rice flour, the sponge is also white and beautiful. The dough was so soft that I could cut it with just a fork, but it was chewy and chewy!
