Dubai 7-star hotel "Burj Al Arab Jumeirah". Only guests can enter the hotel, but restaurant users can also enter. My recommended restaurant is "Skyview Bar" on the 27th floor. I was able to spend a luxurious time eating desserts of dates that are typical of Dubai while watching the superb view.
