In Saga plains, the Yoshinogari Remains is the biggest moat settlements site in Japan. It was the pivot of Yayoi era resembling Yamataikoku Kingdom. This north retrenchment has Koguchi (gate) and Aiyokoya (equipment for attack), and reminds a castle after ages. Compared with other sites of Yayoi moat settlements, its thought of design is different kind.

Access:Tour from Tokiwa Terminal (reservation required). Access to Tokiwa Terminal: 6 min by taxi, or 20 min by streetcar from Nagasaki Station. By car, 120 min from Fukuoka city, and nearby toll parking area is available.

The Hashima Island looks like a military ship. The ruins were the first apartments constructed of concrete in Japan and look weird now. But just the scenery of this World Heritage can recall worker's sprit in the coal mine at that time.

Udo Shrine is located in Nichinan city, south of Miyazaki. Its main shrine is built in the rock cavern opened in the middle of the cliff facing the Sea of Hyuga.
